1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the atn88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Terms & Conditions set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the atn88 platform.

Continued use of the ATN88 platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the ATN88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration — ATN88 takes the prohibition of underage gaming seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Malaysian citizens or permanent residents accessing the ATN88 platform from within Malaysia.
• Only permitted to hold one (1) ATN88 account only — registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or exclusion register of any relevant regulatory body.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use someone else's identity.
• Using your real identity and accurate information during the atn88 registration process.

Atn88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), utility bills, and other relevant documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your atn88 account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

3 Player Account

Once your atn88 registration is complete, your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your atn88 account.

• Account security credentials — including your password, PIN, and OTP — are solely your responsibility to keep safe.
• Atn88 will never ask for your password or any sensitive account information via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
• If you suspect that your ATN88 account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact ATN88 customer support immediately.
• Atn88 accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM10 or termination at atn88's discretion.
• Each atn88 account may only have one registered withdrawal method, held under the same name as the account owner.

4 Deposits & Payments

ATN88 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for players' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

Atn88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond atn88's control. All deposits into an atn88 account must be made using a payment method registered under the same player's name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Atn88 processes all valid withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 1 hour to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's name. The following are atn88's withdrawal terms and procedures:

• The minimum withdrawal at ATN88 is RM50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM50,000 for standard accounts and RM100,000 for atn88 VIP accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit — this is a standard security measure to prevent fraud.
• The bank account or e-wallet holder's name must match the name registered on the atn88 account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on business days (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm) are processed faster than those submitted on weekends or public holidays.
• Atn88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance measures.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Atn88 offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for Malaysian players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all atn88 bonuses:

• Each atn88 bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

7 Game Rules

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the ATN88 platform.
• Misusing the atn88 bonus system, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Spreading false or defamatory information about atn88 on public platforms or social media.
• Threatening or intimidating atn88 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the atn88 platform from restricted regions using a VPN or location-masking tools.

9 Account Closure

An atn88 account may be terminated in two ways:

• Voluntary Closure: Players may request to close their atn88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance, after deduction of applicable costs, will be refunded within 5 business days.
• Closure by atn88: ATN88 reserves the right to terminate any account without prior notice if a player violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed reasonable by ATN88. In cases of terms violation, ATN88 reserves the right to withhold the existing account balance.

Players who wish to reactivate a voluntarily closed ATN88 account may contact customer support. Requests to reactivate accounts that were closed due to a terms violation will not be entertained.

10 Liability Limit
